Exchanges

We no longer offer exchanges. However, you can still initiate a return and place a new order if necessary.

Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Issues regarding quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

Return Process

  1. Raise a Request: To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal here and provide a clear photo or video that shows the product’s defects.
  2. Approval and Pickup: Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for pickup within 4-5 working days.
  3. Refund: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original form of payment.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. Please visit the ‘My Account‘ page to cancel your order before shipment.

Additional Information

  • Logistic Charges: A nominal fee of 100 INR will be deducted from your refund as part of the logistic process.
  • Reverse Pickup: Availability of reverse pickup service depends on your area’s pin code.
